Sokoto youth agric scheme is one of the initiative of sokoto state government through the state ministry of youth and sport development that aims to empower youth across the state with vast agriculture skills and expertise to be self reliance for society productivity.
Also the scheme will provide Grant and financial incentive to the beneficiaries to enable them to implement acquired skill to fill empowerment gaps and and promote inclusive development among youths.
The skill will similarly help in enhancing sustainable food security and economic diversification in sokoto state and Nigeria at large.
