ABOUT THE ROLE
MyIT Consult is looking for an experienced individual to fill the vacancy aforementioned with the below responsibilities but not limited;
> Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
> Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
> Administration of company databases
> Managing the Co-working space and office facility, including partner ventures and clients
> Marketing Co-working space and managing relationships with existing clients
> Book meeting rooms and spaces as required
> Schedule in-house and external events
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
• At least 1 year proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Facility officer or similar role
• Solid knowledge of office procedures
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Marketing and outreach skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• High school diploma or Bachelors Degree; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
