This is the chance for you if you are a Sickle Cell Warrior with a business concept or an established business that needs a push.
The goal is to empower and uplift people with sickle cell illness by offering them financial support, resources, and mentoring to start or expand their enterprises. They think that using entrepreneurship to overcome obstacles, become financially independent, and make a difference in their lives and communities can be a very effective strategy for Sickle Cell Warriors.
PEW 2.0’s 2018 topic is “Adapt and Thrive: Empowering Resilience in the New Economy”. It will happen on September 23, 2023, in Eridan Space Oluwalogbon House, Plot A Obafemi Awolowo Way, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos. A mix of notable business leaders and speakers with sickle cell disease will be featured on the hybrid show.
Eligibility
Open to people with sickle cell disease or their parents or primary carers; applicants must have businesses or profitable business ideas.
The chosen grantees will be given cash assistance, access to business resources, and mentoring from seasoned business owners and specialists in the field.
• First Prize: N250,000
• Second Prize: N150,000
• Third prize: N100,000.
Our goal is to empower and elevate people with sickle cell illness by giving them the resources, funding, and mentorship they need to start or expand their enterprises.
We think that entrepreneurship may help Sickle Cell Warriors overcome obstacles, become financially independent, and make a good contribution to their lives and communities.
