Apply For US Mission Nigeria Ambassador Special Self Help ASSH Grant Program 2024
Applications are being accepted for the 2024 Ambassador’s Special Self-Help (ASSH) Grant program, which is run by US Mission Nigeria and aims to enhance community living circumstances through small-scale activities.
An initiative at the grassroots level, the Ambassador’s Special Self-Help (ASSH) program provides grants for minor development projects that raise public awareness of U.S. efforts to aid other countries outside the purview of other well-established U.S. assistance initiatives.
The program is meant to be adaptable, enabling the Ambassador to personally reply to requests from nearby communities for help with projects that will immediately benefit them and further the objectives of the Mission. Not to mention, the Special Self-Help program is designed to help communities become self-sufficient and carry out comparable tasks on their own in the future.
The deadline for applications is May 31, 2024.
