Details About Biodun Ibikunle SEEDINVEST Grant
The SEEDINVEST Acceleration Program empowers micro and small businesses with asset grants, entrepreneurial training, and advisory services to help them thrive.
For each business that succeeds, Biodun and Ibikunle Foundation Grant sees the economic and social returns such businesses will bring. This includes poverty eradication, employment creation, better mental and physical wellbeing, etc

- Eligibility Requirements for Biodun and Ibikunle Foundation SEEDINVEST Grant
- To be eligible for the 2024 Biodun and Ibikunle Foundation SEEDINVEST Programme, you;
- Must be a registered business with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
- Must be operational for a minimum of six (6) months.
- Must have a 5 years business plan.
- Must have a business account with any of the commercial banks in Nigeria.
- Must have a Tax Identification Number (TIN).
- Product Certification by relevant regulatory body/bodies must be provided where required.
- Business address must be verifiable.

- CAC Certificate
- Bank Statement
- Years Business Plan
You will need to provide detailed information regarding the following aspects:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Residential Address
- Phone Number
- Gender (select Male or Female)
- Business Name
- Business Founder/CEO Name (if different from Full Name)
- Background of the Business Founder/CEO (Education history, work/business history, etc)
- Reasons for starting the business and the specific problem(s) it aims to solve
- Business Sector (choose from Technology, Agriculture, Fashion, Beauty, Food Processing, Transportation/Logistics, Photography, Others)
- Specify Industry if “Others” selected above
- Year of starting the business
- Business Registration Status (Yes/No)
- Upload CAC Certificate if registered
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Business Account Status (Yes/No)
- Upload bank statement for current year if business account exists (6 months only)
- Upload 5-year business plan
- Detailed explanation on why you are applying for the SEEDINVEST Acceleration Programme and how it will benefit your business
- List of specific equipment you require support for and reasons for needing this equipment
- Current monthly and annual business revenue
- Projected monthly and annual revenue if supported with an asset grant
- Number of current staff
- Social media handles
