We are glad to let you know that the Federal Ministry development has launched the portal yesterday the 17th of January 2025 and Nigerians can access the portal.

1. According to management, registering for the NIYEEDEP initiative, begin by visiting the official portal at https://www.niyeedep.org.
On the site, you’ll find a registration link https://www.niyeedep.org/registration where you can create your account. To do so, provide a valid email address, choose a unique username, and set a strong password that is at least 8 characters long, incorporating uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for added security.
2. Once you submit your details, a verification email will be sent to the address you provided. Be sure to check your inbox for this email, and if you don’t see it right away, check your spam or junk folder. Click the link in the email to activate your account and confirm your registration.
3. After activating your account, log in and proceed to fill out your personal information. You will be required to provide a Lotus Bank Account number. If you do not already have one, you can open an account by visiting ibank.lotusbank.com/account/bvn. Follow the prompts carefully and complete the steps until you receive your account number. Double-check all entries before submission, as any mistakes or inaccuracies could disqualify you from participating in the initiative.
4. Additionally, once you submit your profile information, you will not be able to edit it again.
5. After completing your registration, monitor your email for further updates and instructions as the initiative progresses.
