Salary: N700,000-1,000,000+ per month
A leading financial institution is seeking high-performing Relationship Managers to drive business growth, deepen client relationships, and deliver tailored financial solutions. This role requires a strategic, sales-driven professional with expertise in portfolio management, deposit mobilization, and credit administration.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in banking, relationship management, or financial advisory.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences,
- Business, or related fields.
- HND holders must have a Master's degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire, manage, and grow high-value client portfolios, ensuring revenue and deposit growth.
- Provide expert financial advisory structuring solutions aligned with client needs.
- Ensure strict adherence to credit policies, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor transaction activities, ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high customer satisfactions
- Identify market opportunities and collaborate with senior leadership to execute business strategies
