Projects & Project locations
- It's important to be aware that the project location may differ from your place of residence, so you need to be flexible in this regard.
- If selected, we would like to provide you with the best developmental path while meeting the needs of our projects.
- To support this, we are going to set up an onboarding session in your first week where you will receive basic information and training to get started.
- The project and the project locations are finalised after this week. Please note that you can be placed in any region within Nigeria.
Expected timeline

5 March - 21 March 2025: application period.
- End of March/beginning of April 2025: You will receive feedback on the outcome of your application.
April - May 2025: interviews.
- Final decisions and offers will be sent around the end of May, with plans to start contracts between June and August, depending on project needs.
Interviews
- The recruitment process will consist of three case study interviews and one general interview. Our plan is to conduct all the interviews online, although there may be some exceptions.

How will you make an impact
As an Associate, you will use data to support the government in improving healthcare outcomes for citizens in Nigeria. Previous experience in the public sector is advantageous.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Plan, execute and capture insights from the field.
- Use data and other information for analysis and decision-making purposes.
- Plan and develop strategies to improve the lives of citizens.
- Design and implement new systems, and improve existing ones to improve project outcomes.
- Identify and understand issues; break down problems and identify root causes.
- Give recommendations constructing multiple scenarios and advise where necessary.
- Develop excellent relationships and work with senior government officials and international partners.
- Assess international evidence and learn lessons about pragmatic solutions.
What we look for
- Fresh graduates with internship experience or professionals with 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in management and strategy consulting;
- Previous work (internship) experience in the development sector or consulting;
- Experience at top-tier consultancies is an advantage;
- Extracurricular activities in leadership roles or researches done in health and education is an advantage;
- Attaining a university degree by the summer of 2025 is a prerequisite, with an outstanding academic record being an advantage;
- Excellent English;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong drive and motivation; interest in social issues and public sector development;
- Good communication skills;
- Outstanding problem solving skills; highly developed interpersonal skills;
- Willingness to travel on a weekly basis including visits to remote locations
