Job Description

We are seeking a competent and experienced Registered Nurse to manage the site clinic at our facility in Mowe, Ogun State.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first aid, emergency care, health education, and preventive healthcare services to employees, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate medical attention and first aid for workplace injuries, illnesses, and emergencies.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as per medical protocols.
  • Monitor and manage chronic health conditions among employees, offering referrals where necessary.
    • Conduct health screenings, medical check-ups, and wellness programs.
    • Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety regulations.
    • Maintain accurate medical records and clinic inventory.
    • Collaborate with the HSE team to promote workplace health initiatives.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) certification with a valid practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in occupational health, industrial nursing, or hospital settings.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health & safety regulations in Nigeria.
    • Ability to handle medical emergencies and perform basic life support (BLS) procedures.
    • Excellent record-keeping and report-writing skills.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
    • Certification in Occupational Health Nursing is an added advantage.
    • Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial work environments.
    • Basic knowledge of first aid training & HSE policies.
