TechCircle provides advisory services for early-stage founders and investors in the areas of product development, fundraising, and deal sourcing.
- They organize various events and programs, such as Pitch2Win, aimed to gather deal flows for the most interesting startups in Africa, and OyaMakeWeGroove, our annual tech party that unites key players in the African tech ecosystem together.
- They need a program manager to initiate, lead and manage programs at TechCircle.
Role Details
Position: Full-Time
Annual Salary: ₦3.6M Net Pay plus bonuses
Benefits: Health Insurance, Laptop, Data Allowance, etc.
Location: Hybrid (Lagos preferred)
Travel Requirement: Up to 30%
Start Date: March 2025
The successful candidate should:
- Have experience initiating and executing multiple events, preferably within the tech space (e.g., hackathons, meetups, pitch competitions). Non-tech event experience is acceptable if it includes similar elements.
- Possess a strong sense of design and production quality.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, coordinate, and manage vendors, volunteers, and stakeholders.
- Work effectively with minimal supervision.
