Compensation:

Job Overview:

As a Digital Media Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and managing Jumbo Giants FC's online presence. 

• You will be responsible for creating, curating, and distributing engaging content across social media platforms, growing the club's fan base, and ensuring our digital strategy aligns with our brand identity. 
• You will work closely with the team to capture matchday highlights, behind-the-scenes footage, and engaging stories to enhance our online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute the club's digital media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube).

Capture and create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, match highlights, behind-the-scenes footage) to drive fan engagement.

• Attend games, training sessions, and club events to capture live content.
• Develop and manage a structured content calendar for match days, player features, training updates, and club announcements.
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to grow the club's online presence, attract fans, and engage sponsors.
• Organize live coverage, interviews, and interactive content to enhance audience engagement.
• Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, messaging, and overall digital presence.
• Monitor analytics and insights to track growth, optimize strategies, and report progress to management

Requirements:

Proven successful experience as a Digital Media Manager, Social Media Strategist, or similar role

• Strong understanding of social media trends, fan engagement strategies, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in social media management tools
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and good understanding of video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Good eye for high-quality sport visuals.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Passion for football and sports media with knowledge of fan engagement strategies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently & collaboratively.
