Role Summary:

The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of the product roadmap.

They will oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless product experience.

Requirement

3+ years of experience in a Product Management role, ideally for a business whose focus is blockchain-based or fiat financial services.

Experience as a developer.
You have proven experience working with engineering teams, involving them in defining solutions, encouraging them to experiment, and coaching them in all things Agile.
Proven track record of creating effective content and messaging, with impeccable copywriting, presentation, and planning skills.

Big-Picture oriented: able to think strategically, anticipate issues, reprioritize, and keep focus in a fast-paced environment.

Gravitas: demonstrated experience in managing senior business stakeholders.

Leader: ability to lead and mobilize teams to deliver major initiatives.

Responsibilities

Draft the product roadmap after in-depth consultation with stakeholders

Help to articulate and deliver the product vision and drive the product roadmap.
Deliver specialist technology products that enhance our core businesses.
Manage the development pipeline and increase efficiency

Draft product requirement documents that will meet both business and technical objectives.
Design and manage multitrack performance dashboards for the core features of the product.
Conduct market and industry research.
